Ethernet Extenders

An Ethernet extender is a networking device that allows for the extension of an Ethernet network beyond its typical reach. Normally, an Ethernet cable can only transmit data reliably up to 100 meters. However, with the use of an Ethernet extender, this distance can be significantly expanded. The extender works by converting the Ethernet data into a format that can be transmitted over longer distances, and then converting it back into Ethernet at the other end. This allows for efficient and reliable data transmission over larger areas, making it an essential tool in large-scale network setups.
