The M700D is a 7" portable handheld industrial tablet powered by the Intel Atom Dual Core N2600 1.6 GHz processor. Running on Windows 7 or 8, the M700D has a 7" projected capacitive multi-touch screen with a WSVGA (1024 x 600) resolution. There is a home button and 3 programmable function keys to facilitate quick tasks. Wireless communication includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and there are options for 3G and GPS.

The tablet has a 2.0 Megapixel camera to the rear with auto focus and an LED auxiliary light. External I/O includes 1 x USB 2.0, 1 x SIM slot, 1 x Micro SD Card, 1 x Headset Jack and a docking port for charging and USB. This tablet also comes with a second battery back which can extend the operating time up to 10hrs in the field making the unit a very versatile and truly portable tablet for field workers.
