Details
This expandable, embedded system from DFI utilises the 4th Gen Intel Core processor family from Intel. Together with the Intel H81 Express Chipset and Intel HD Graphics, the system can be powered by a range of processors from the 2.2GHz Celeron G1820TE up to the Core i7-4770TE at 3.3GHz.
The system supports up to 16GB of DDR3 RAM and is packed with I/O consisting of 2 x USB 3.0, 2 x USB 2.0, 6 COM ports, 1 x VGA and 2 LAN ports. Expansion is provided by either 2 x PCI for the EC520 or 1 x PCIe plus 1 x PCI for the EC521 SKU. An additional Mini PCIe is provided on both models to support mSATA, Wi-Fi or 3G. This CE-certified unit is ideally suited for applications such as industrial automation, process control, remote monitoring, ticketing and automated check-in systems.
