Fanless Design with Advanced Thermal Management
Our range of fanless rugged embedded systems are built with aluminium heat sink technology to support extended operating temperature ranges as far as -40c to +80C. All components being integrated to these rugged computers by Assured Systems are industrial-grade and designed with the same level of endurance to support wide temperatures and have no moving parts.

Subject to a high-level of shock and vibration our rugged embedded computing platforms are built to last from the ground up with complete elimination of moving parts, cables and jumpers which are subject to becoming loose. Housed in heavy-duty steel chassis with a unibody design our COTS rugged embedded computing products are designed from the ground up to conform with MIL-STD testing compliance. M12 locking connectors are also integrated for a secure connection and to provide IP67/IP69 ingress protection for both outdoor and washdown applications.

Exposed to what is commonly known as dirty power our industrial rugged PCs support wide range power inputs from 9-48V DC. Installed in a wide range of factory floors our rugged industrial PCs offer reverse power protection, over voltage protection, over current protection, ESD protection and surge protection. If subject to power failure Assured Systems can configure your rugged box PC to support instant reboot.
