The Syslogic IPC/RM-A2 is an compact AI Railway Computer powered by the NVIDIA Jetson TX2 or TX2i processor module and is also shipped with a pre-installed NVIDIA Jetpack SDK (Software Development Kit) including the Linux operating system (L4T). Meeting high requirements for shock and vibration, the IPC/RM-A2 is designed for use in railway or low-floor vehicles such as busses and trams. Additionally, this computer is designed to operate at an extended temperature range of -40 to +70 degrees alongside meeting railroad standard EN50155, class OT4 and has a galvanically isolated power supply with the electronic components being protected against condensation with conformal coating. The NVIDIA Jetson-based rail computer is used by rolling stock manufacturers and rail operators alike. Typical applications include semi-autonomous driving, DAS (driver advisory systems), RCS (rail control systems), real-time passenger information systems (RTPI), and condition-based monitoring.
