Details

Many computers struggle to handle the high-speed image capture and processing demands of machine vision applications. Both CPU computing power and GPU graphics acceleration are needed because the combination provides the fastest and most accurate results for image processing and data analysis, improving productivity and efficiency. Machine vision is an essential element of automatic inspection, process control, and robot guidance. The Cincoze GM-1000 is a machine vision computer designed for machine vision applications, but with enough extra for artificial intelligence and image processing. All this in a tough, compact, and reliable package. Machine Vision and Inspection Industrial Automation Video Surveillance     Intel Xeon and Core (8/9th gen) CPU options with up to 8 cores, deliver 34% more performance than previous generations and support up to 64 GB of DDR4 memory.   GPUs are the key to super-fast image processing. The MXM 3.1 Type A/B expansion slot supports modern MXM GPUs. Standard options are an Nvidia Quadro RTX3000/T1000/P2000 or AMD Radeon E9174 GPU, but upgrades to even faster MXM GPUs (up to 160 W) can further accelerate performance.   The specialized power design of the GM-1000 provides a 360W power budget that counters the typical limitations of fanless embedded systems. A unique thermal design, combining independent cooling systems for CPU and GPU and extruded aluminum case with integrated copper heat piping, ensure operational reliability in the field. Generous 360W Power Budget   High-speed vision cameras require high-speed connections for near-instantaneous data transfer for image processing and analysis. GM-1000 provides high-speed I/O interfaces, including USB3.2 Gen2 and GbE LAN. PoE, additional LAN, and 10GbE are available through proprietary modules.   The compact GM-1000 is a diminutive 260x200x85 mm (WxLxH) but still includes essential I/O out-the-box, making it a compelling choice for space-constrained applications like robotic arms and AOI equipment.   The GM-1000 can operate in extreme industrial temperatures from -40 to 70°C. It has 50G/5G anti-shock and vibration resistance, wide-range voltage input from 9 to 48 VDC, as well as over-voltage, over-current, and ESD protection for applications in the harshest conditions.
