Details
The AVS-541 is a 4U rack mounted video wall controller validated by Matrox. The system is based around the Intel Xeon E3-1200 series single processor which allows up to 4 cores / 8 threads. The unit is a powerful control room tool, which can aggregate, integrate and analyse massive amounts of data via 20 digital or 160 analog inputs and 20 digital/analog outputs reaching application capabilities beyond digital signage into medical imaging, machine vision, SCADA or emergency dispatch centres for example.
Features include a vast expansion capacity consisting of 12 x PCIe x16 and an additional 4 x PCIe x4 slots allowing for a total of 15 Mura MPX installation cards. I/O includes 2 x USB 2.0, 1 x USB 3.0, 2 x RJ-45, 1 x VGA and 2 x PS/2 with storage consisting of 4 front accessible drive bays, 3 x 5.25” and 1 x 3.5”. Finally the system benefits from remote management through IPMI and the Advantech remote monitoring utility to offer real usability in all applications.
