Stainless steel computers with an optional touchscreen from Assured Systems have an IP65, IP66 or IP69K ingress protection making them waterproof and an ideal hygienic for food processing.

Highly Durable Stainless Steel SUS316 or SUS304

Our COTS stainless steel HMIs are manufactured with SUS304 grade stainless steel. This steel grade offers excellent resistance to bacterial growth and corrosion, typically formed through acid, alkali, or water oxidization. For pharmaceutical applications or where stronger industrial solvents are used, for example, in chemical factories, we recommend upgrading to SUS316 grade stainless steel, which offers excellent corrosion resistance for a more extended life solution.

Ideal Solutions for Washdown Applications

Designed for installation in outdoor and indoor environments with chemical cleaning procedures, these computers are fully protected from the elements. Each waterproof computer is vacuum pressure tested to simulate the required ingress protection, whether IP65, IP66, or IP69K. Our stainless steel computers offer protection from the front or all six sides, including the I/O giving you complete peace of mind from damaging the internals. Waterproof cable assemblies, power supplies and connectors are available utilizing M12 locking connectors.

Prevent Bacteria Build-up with Hygienic Full Flat Touchscreen Displays

Our range of stainless steel PCAP touchscreen computers eliminates bacteria build-up with a flat front bezel design, making cleaning and system wipe-downs simple.

Optional Configurations for Outdoor Applications

Designed for outdoor applications, our industrial stainless steel computers provide optimal clarity outdoors whilst being able to withstand the harshest conditions. Optional upgrades include sunlight readable high bright displays with auto-dimming functionality, optical bonding, and wide operating temperature support. Optical bonding prevents condensation inside the display due to wide temperature swings, increases clarity in direct sunlight, and offers a greater level of vandal-proofing.
