What is the Cincoze CO-100/P2000 Series ?

The CO-100/P2000 Series are Cincoze’s recently launched range of Open Frame Display Module that feature support for up to 64GB of memory and two 2.5″ HDD/SSD and are part of The CRYSTAL Display Computing product line

The debut CO-W121C, is a 21.5” 16:9 high-resolution FHD display module with a PCAP touchscreen and is the latest addition to the CO-100 series, further expanding the variety of sizes, display ratios and touch methods to meet a broader range of market needs.

What is the Cincoze CRYSTAL Product Line ?

The CRYSTAL product line is a line of Display Computers that has three distinct series: the CV-100 for indoor HMI requirements, CS-100 for outdoor high brightness applications and the CO-100 for installation in a wide range of enclosures and cabinets, with all three using Cincoze’s Convertible Display System (CDS, Patent No. M482908).

What is the Convertible Display System (CDS) ?

The Cincoze Convertible Display System (CDR) is a system that uses a patented design to match an industrial monitor to an industrial embedded system, providing almost limitless combinations of display size and system performance, while saving future upgrade costs through separate display and system upgrades.

Using the Convertible Display System means repairs are an easy fix, as the monitor and embedded system are plug-and-play, which permits the rapid switching out of faulty components, which therefore keeps downtime to a minimum, so production stays at capacity and on schedule.

Using the Cincoze’s Convertible Display System Compared with a regular standalone panel PC, brings great convenience for users and reduces the maintenance cost dramatically.

All three of Cincoze’s CRYSTAL Product Line series use the Convertible Display System (CDS, Patent No. M482908) so they can be combined with a computer module (P2000/P1000 Series) to make an industrial panel PC, or combined when with a monitor module (M1000 Series) to make an industrial touch monitor, while retaining flexibility for future upgrades.

The CO-100 Series makes installation easy

The CO-100 Series installation is made easy by its adjustable mounting bracket, specially developed for equipment manufacturers and can fit any machine.

The thickness adjustment setting makes it easy to fit cabinets of different thicknesses and allows precise and sturdy positioning.

The CO-100 Series also supports different locking methods (panel and boss type) for flat or standard mounting, simplifying the installation process and providing more convenient integration whilst also giving a smooth and consistent appearance for cabinets of different materials and thicknesses.

How is the CO-100 Series able to fit any Machine ?

The CO-100 is able to fit any machine as it breaks free from most traditional open frame designs.

The CO-100 Series adopts a new integrated structure that reduces complex customisations for installation in equipment.

This new integrated structure improves the efficiency of on-site deployment and simplifies the cost of future maintenance whilst these different installation methods support a wide range of applications, with the flat and standard mounting as standard and after removing the mounting bracket itself, the VESA mount can be used for a standalone system or installed into a 19” rack.

Cincoze’s CO-W121C/P2000 Series are High-Performance Open-Frame Modular Panel PC’s using Intel Core U series processors, that provide high-performance data processing and graphics computing capabilities, with only a low power consumption which comes in at 15W.  The CO-W121C/P2002 Series also offer support for up to 64GB of memory and two 2.5″ HDD/SSD.

The CO-100/P2000 Series also supports Cincoze’s existing CFM technology that extends system functions according to requirements, with options such as Power Ignition Sensing (IGN) and Power over Ethernet (PoE).

Flexibility for Various Applications are offered via the Mini-PCIe and PCI/PCIe expansion slots that can support data acquisition cards, motion control cards, I/O expansion and other applications.
