The M9020 is a mobile rugged tablet PC from Winmate with a QWERTY keyboard and 5 programmable function keys. The 7″ screen has a brightness of 900 NITS with a resolution of 1024 x 600 and the touch technology is 4W Resistive Touch (GFG). The tablet uses the Intel Atom N2600 1.6GHz processor and has a storage capacity of 64GB. Expansion is possible through a Micro SD card slot (up to 32GB) and I/O is via 4 x USB 2.0, 1 x VGA and 4 x RS-232 COM.
This tablet is a really tough unit with multiple chunky comfort grips adding drop protection and there is an equally rugged optional vehicle dock. It’s highly protected from liquid and dust ingress up to IP67 and has a wide operating temperature of between -20℃ to 60℃. Wireless communication is via 802.11 a/b/g/n WiFi Card (Cisco Compatible Extensions (CCXv4)) Support Infrastructure and ad hoc (Client Mode) and Class 2 Bluetooth 4.0. A Neo-6 GPS module is built-in and 3G/LTE is optional.
